Greg is an experienced advisor to growth-stage and established organizations, bringing more than 15 years of experience across executive leadership recruitment and assessment, value creation, and growth strategy. He has worked extensively with PE-backed businesses and public companies across verticals including enterprise software, healthcare, finance,and professional services. Through supporting executives and investors through critical inflection points, Greg brings a disciplined, client-centric approach to our advisory work with an emphasis on helping leadership teams optimize operations and drive scale.
Greg focuses on sales and client engagement for performance-based services and operational initiatives. Partnering closely with senior leadership teams and stakeholders, Greg leverages his cross-industry background to identify, develop and deliver HR, healthcare, and AI strategies for our clients.
Greg holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and resides outside of Philadelphia.
