With over 40 years of experience in sales, management, and entrepreneurship, Les has consistently aligned himself with organizations whose missions resonate with his values, choosing roles where he can make a meaningful impact.

A master connector and relationship-builder, Les thrives on helping others grow their businesses, foster long-term partnerships, and give back. His dedication to community development earned him the prestigious New Jersey Governor’s Jefferson Award for Executive Leadership. As the Founder of Human Capital Crew, an HR and payroll brokerage, Les empowers small to mid-sized businesses by guiding them toward tailored workforce solutions. He continues to speak on topics such as relationship development, networking, corporate growth, and organizational culture.

Les’s journey into civic leadership began in 2001 when he joined the newly formed Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce. After chairing the Ambassador & Donations Committee, he was appointed to the Board of Directors within a year. His vision helped transform the Chamber into a force for regional impact, supporting nonprofits, advancing workforce development, and promoting educational awareness. In 2007, Les was elected Chairman of the Board, and in 2010, he left his corporate role at ADP to serve as President/CEO of the Chamber, a position that became a cornerstone of his professional life.

Today, Les continues to serve on numerous boards and leadership teams, including:
